The LHO Transition Program is a program for the young adults from Loving Hands Orphanage who are over the age of 18. It is designed to help them transition to life outside the orphanage. These young adults are either reunified with family or placed with a foster family while they finish their education. They are supported until the completion of high school, a trade school or post secondary education, based upon their individual ability.
